DAY 1 – Friday, April 23: Departure

Depart for your overnight flight to Greece. Meals will be served on board.

DAY 2 – Saturday, April 24: Arrival in Thessaloniki

Arrive at Thessaloniki Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Thessaloniki.

DAY 3 – Sunday, April 25: Thessaloniki, Philippi & Kavala

After breakfast, begin a tour of Thessaloniki, including the Cathedral of St. Demetrius, the White Tower, the Byzantine Fortress, and the Arch of Galerius. Continue to Philippi for a guided visit of the archaeological site, including the Forum, Basilicas, Theatre, and the traditional prison site of St. Paul and St. Silas (Acts 16:16–40). Enjoy a short orientation tour of Kavala (ancient Neapolis) before returning to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 – Monday, April 26: Veria, Mount Olympus & Kalambaka

Follow the path of Paul as he fled Thessaloniki for Veria (Berea), where many accepted the new faith (Acts 17:10–12). Visit the synagogue where Paul preached and the Bema surrounded by mosaics depicting his ministry. Continue to a viewpoint of Mount Olympus before driving to Kalambaka for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 – Tuesday, April 27: Meteora & Delphi

Visit spectacular Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Byzantine monasteries perched atop towering rock formations. Explore the Great Meteoron Monastery and admire its icons, manuscripts, mosaics, and frescoes. Continue to Delphi for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 – Wednesday, April 28: Delphi & Athens

After breakfast, tour the archaeological site and museum of Delphi, home to the famous Delphic Oracle. See the inscription mentioning the Roman proconsul Gallio, an important reference connected to the Apostle Paul (Acts 18:12–17). Delphi also hosted the ancient Pythian Games, a precursor to the modern Olympics. Continue to Athens for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 – Thursday, April 29: Athens

Explore the architectural treasures of Athens, including the Acropolis, Propylaea, Parthenon, and Erechtheum. Stand on Mars Hill, where the Apostle Paul preached about the “Unknown God” (Acts 17:23). View the ancient Agora, where Paul spoke to the Athenians about “Jesus and the resurrection” (Acts 17:18). Also see the House of Parliament, Presidential Palace, and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Dinner and overnight in Athens.

DAY 8 – Friday, April 30: Embarkation & Mykonos

Board your 3-night cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily on board. Your first stop is Mykonos, the whitewashed jewel of the Cyclades. Enjoy free time to stroll through the charming narrow streets and waterfront.

DAY 9 – Saturday, May 1: Kusadasi & Patmos

This morning, arrive at the Turkish port of Kusadasi for an included excursion to ancient Ephesus, where Paul ministered for three years and wrote to the Corinthians. Ephesus was a major center of early Christianity and one of the seven churches of Revelation (Revelation 2:1–7).

Continue to Patmos, where St. John the Theologian was exiled around AD 95 (Revelation 1:9–11). Visit the Monastery of St. John and the Holy Grotto of Revelation, where tradition says the Book of Revelation was received. Enjoy free time at the harbor of Scala before returning to the ship.

DAY 10 – Sunday, May 2: Heraklion & Santorini

This morning, dock in Heraklion on the island of Crete. Optional excursions include the Palace of Knossos, center of the Minoan civilization. After lunch on board, continue to Santorini, the stunning volcanic island known as the “Black Pearl of the Aegean.” Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and free time to explore.

DAY 11 – Monday, May 3: Corinth & Athens

After disembarkation, travel to Corinth and view the impressive Corinth Canal, carved through solid rock. Continue to ancient Corinth, where Paul preached and was tried before the Roman governor (Acts 18:1–17). Visit the Bema, the Temple of Apollo, the Marketplace, the Fountain of Priene, and the Lechaion Road. Return to Athens for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 12 – Tuesday, May 4: Departure

According to your flight schedule, transfer to Athens Airport for your return flight home.

DAY 12 Tuesday, May 04:  Istanbul – ARRIVAL

Arrival at Istanbul airport; meet-and-assist transfer to the hotel for check-in.  Balance of the day at leisure

Dinner at the hotel, Overnight in Istanbul  Mass celebration to be scheduled daily (D)

Day 13 Wednesday, May 05:  Istanbul – Sightseeing Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.  Full-day tour of Istanbul, visiting numerous monuments from the Ottoman and Byzantine Empires that reflect the city’s rich history and cultural heritage.

Hagia Sophia, a great architectural achievement of the Byzantine Empire, was completed in 537 AD, adorned with beautiful mosaics and frescoes.

Blue Mosque known also as Sultan Ahmet Mosque famous for its six minarets and its blue interior tiles. Roman Hippodrome, a stadium built in the 3rd century AD for chariot racing and other events.

Basilica Cistern is a remarkable site, built in the 6th century with a capacity of 80.000 cubic meters supported by 336 marble columns, each 9m high. One of the most striking features of the Basilica Cistern is the two Medusa heads that are used as column bases.

Grand Bazar, is one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world, with over 60 streets and 4.000 shops.

The Topkapi Palace was the primary residence of the Ottoman Sultans for almost 400 years, from the 15th century until the 19th century. It is known for its beautiful architecture, intricate tile work, and stunning views of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara. The palace contains numerous buildings and rooms, including the Imperial Treasury, which houses an impressive collection of Ottoman jewels, precious stones, and gold.

The tour ends with a visit to the Tomb of the Sultan

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Overnight in Istanbul Mass celebration to be scheduled daily (B, D)

Day 14 Thursday, May 06: Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents (8-9 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today we will visit the Egyptian Bazaar (Spice Bazaar), located in the old historic district of Istanbul and built in the 17th century. We continue our tour on a cruise, sailing on Bosporus (regular boat), across Istanbul’s European and Asian sides along the Sea of Marmara.

During a Bosphorus Cruise, you can enjoy stunning views of Istanbul’s skyline, including the historic district, palaces, mosques, and other landmarks such as: the Dolmabahçe, Çıragan, and Feriye Palaces; the Rumeli Hisarı fortress, Bosphorus Bridge etc…

We continue with a visit to the Beylerbeyi Palace built in white marble by Sultan Abdulaziz in the 19th century with a mix of architectural styles, including traditional Ottoman elements and European neoclassical features.

The palace was a summer residence for sultans and a guest house for foreign dignitaries. Climb Çamlica Hill, a scenic hill located on the Asian side of Istanbul, Turkey. It is one of the highest points in Istanbul, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the Bosphorus Strait, and the Sea of Marmara.

It is known as Lovers’ Hill for its beautiful panoramic view.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight in Istanbul (B, D)

Day 15 Friday, May 07: Departure After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight back home (B)
