Day 1: Departure

Depart for your overnight flight to the Holy Land. Meals will be served on board the flight.

Day 2:  Tel-Aviv arrival – Tiberias 

Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. Meet and assist with your Guide. Transfer to your hotel in Tiberias for check-in and dinner. Overnight in Tiberias (D)

Day 3:  Caesarea Maritima – Mt. Carmel – Megiddo – Magdala   

Start our visit to Caesarea Marittima , Mount Carmel , Megiddo , the place of Biblical Armageddon, and visit Magdala by the Sea of Galilee. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias (B,L,D)

Day 4:   Cana – Nazareth –  Nazareth Village –  Jordan River baptismal site Yardenit  

After breakfast, travel to Cana of Galilee, visit the church that honors Jesus’ first miracle, turning water into wine. Continue to Nazareth and visit the Old City and Nazareth Village .  On to Yardenit for renewal of the baptismal vows.   Dinner and overnight in Tiberias (B,L,D)

Day 5:  Caesarea Philippi, Sea of Galilee: Mt. of Beatitudes, Multiplication, Capernaum – Bethsaida

We will start our day with a drive to visit Caesarea Philippi , view Mount Hermon from a distance, the highest mountain in Israel. Visit the Mount of the Beatitudes, the Church of Multiplication, and Capernaum and Bethsaida, a biblical city on the northeastern shore of the Sea of Galilee, known as the home of the apostles Peter, Andrew, and Philip. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias (B,L,D)

Day 6:   Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, Jericho – Jerusalem panoramic view    

Check out of our hotel in Galilee and take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.  Then head south towards Jerusalem.  Drive through the Jordan Valley, visit Jericho.  Elisha Spring, and view Mount Temptation Monastery.  Drive up to the Holy City of Jerusalem and have a panoramic view of Jerusalem from Mount Scopus.  Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem (B,L,D)

Day 7: Bethlehem, Nativity Church & Shepherd’s Field  

After breakfast, we will visit Bethlehem, the Church of the Nativity, Shepherds’ Field, and a shop in Bethlehem.  Dinner at Cheers Restaurant.  Overnight in Bethlehem. (B,L,D)

Day 8: Jerusalem: Easter Sunday –  Old City – Temple Mount –  Davidson Center

Visit the Temple Mount, where the Temple of Jerusalem stood. Then we will visit the Davidson Center.  Ecce Homo, biblical Gabatha. Follow Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, walk through different quarters of Jerusalem, and then the Garden Tomb (donation included). Farewell Dinner with folklore shows in a local restaurant in Bethlehem .  Overnight in your hotel in Jerusalem. (B,L,D)

Day 9: Jerusalem: Mount of Olives – Gethsemane – Mt. Zion – Walk the Kidron Valley – Pool of Siloam

Start the day with private prayer at Gethsemane Garden. On to Caiaphas Palace.  Walk through a landscape rich in history and spirituality, following in the footsteps of Jesus. It involves a journey between Jerusalem’s Old City and the Mount of Olives, passing ancient tombs and monuments, and experiencing a symbolic crossing. Visit Pools of Siloam, which was a large, monumental ritual bath (mikveh) and the starting point for a solemn procession to the Temple.  Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Jerusalem. (B,L,D)

Day 10:  Bethany – Wadi Qelt – Qumran – Dead Sea swim   

After breakfast, we check out and drive to Bethany to visit the tomb of Lazarus.  And drive to Jericho for a full day tour in the Dead Sea area, Qumran , and swim in the Dead Sea (access to the beach included).  Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem. (B,L,D)

Day 11:  Jerusalem – Tel-Aviv departure  

After breakfast, check out of our hotel and head to the airport for our journey back home. (B)
