September 21 – Monday- Day 1, Depart for Paris
Make your way to your local airport to board your overnight flight. Your meals will be served on board.
September 22 – Tuesday- Day 2: Arrive Paris
Arrive to Paris airport, collect luggage. After the group continues by coach to Paris, whereupon arrival, we enjoy a panoramic tour of Paris, seeing the Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower (Photo stop by Eiffel Tower), Arc of Triumph, and other known Parisian monuments. Have a Mass this day at local church . Check in at your hotel. In the evening, gather for a delicious group dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Paris. (B, D)
September 23 – Wednesday – Day 3: Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, the group gathers and departs for Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre. Celebrate Mass at Sacré-Cœur followed by a visit to the breathtaking Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Pilgrims will have time for personal prayer and reflection. We proceed to visit the Miraculous medal church. Lunch on your own in the Paris Gothic Quarter. This afternoon, take a leisurely walk along the historical center, visiting Notre Dame Cathedral. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon to rest and refresh. In the evening, gather for a group dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Paris. (B, D)
September 24 – Thursday – Day 4: Paris – Chartres- Lisieux
This morning, your day begins with an early breakfast at the hotel in Paris. After breakfast, the group boards the coach for departure to Chartres. Upon arrival, pilgrims will have Mass at the cathedral or a nearby chapel, offering prayers of thanksgiving and intercession. After Mass, enjoy some free time for lunch in the quaint town of Chartres. The Cathedral of Notre-Dame of Chartres (E. Fee Included), a UNESCO World Heritage site, is renowned for its 12th and 13th-century stained-glass windows. Pilgrims may take a short, gentle stroll around the cathedral exterior to admire its architecture, with seating available for rest as needed. Lunch on own. After lunch, the group continues by coach to Lisieux to rest and freshen up after the long journey. In the evening, gather for a group dinner at the hotel. (B, D)
September 25 – Friday – Day 5: Lisieux
The morning begins with Holy Mass at the Basilica of St. Thérèse, offering prayers of thanksgiving and invoking St. Thérèse’s intercession. After Mass, spend time in personal prayer, reflection, and veneration of relics at the Basilica. Next, visit the family home of St. Thérèse, preserved to reflect her life and spirituality. A gentle, guided tour allows pilgrims to learn about her story without extensive walking. Quiet moments for prayer and contemplation are provided in the home’s chapel or garden. Lunch is on your own at a nearby café or restaurant, with options suitable for all dietary needs. Those who prefer may return to the hotel to rest. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for rest and personal reflection. In the evening, gather for a group dinner at the hotel, followed by a short Thanksgiving prayer, giving thanks for the life and teachings of St. Thérèse and for the blessings of the pilgrimage so far. September 26 – Saturday – Day 6: Lisieux – Nevers ( 445 km)
After early breakfast, we will proceed to Nevers. After lunch en route, we have a visit to the Convent of the Sisters of Charity of Nevers , where St. Bernadette Soubirous spent her final years and is buried. Time is given for prayer, reflection, and veneration at her tomb. Mass . After the visit, check in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Nevers. (B, D)
September 27 – Sunday – Day 7: Nevers – Paray le Monial – Ars – Lyon
After breakfast at the hotel in Lyon, the group gathers for a coach trip to Paray-le-Monial, a place of deep devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, where Our Lord appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque. Upon arrival in Paray-le-Monial, pilgrims visit the Chapel of the Apparitions at the Visitation Monastery , where St. Margaret Mary received the revelations of the Sacred Heart. Time is given for personal prayer and reflection. Celebrate Holy Mass at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart , offering prayers for healing, peace, and gratitude. After Mass, enjoy lunch on your own at nearby restaurants or cafés in Paray-le-Monial, on to Ars, where we will visit the Shrine dedicated to St. Jean Marie Vianney, the patron Saint of Priests. In Ars, visit the Presbytery and the Basilica. Proceed to Lyon. Check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight in Lyon. (B, D).
September 28 – Monday – Day 8: Lyon –La Salette
After breakfast at the hotel in Lyon and check out we depart towards La Salette. Lunch on your own en route. Visit the Shrine at La Salette, a beautiful mountain shrine where the Blessed Virgin appeared to two children in 1846. Transportation is arranged to bring pilgrims as close as possible to the sanctuary, minimizing walking. Upon arrival, we visit the Basilica of Our Lady of La Salette and celebrate Mass. . Check in at the hotel and dinner at the hotel. (B,D)
September 29 – Tuesday – Day 9: – La Salette –Lourdes
Mass at La Salette Shrine. After breakfast, we will proceed to Lourdes. Time permitting, we stop Toulouse for a short visit to include Jacobins Church (E.Fees included) and St Sernin. Check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes. (B, D)
September 30 – Wednesday – Day 10: Lourdes
After breakfast at the hotel, we travel together by coach or minibus to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Spend time in peaceful prayer and meditation at the Grotto of Massabielle, the site of Our Lady’s apparitions to Saint Bernadette. After Mass , everyone has personal time for silent reflection or private prayer. Lunch is on participants’ own at nearby cafés or restaurants within the Sanctuary area. Those who prefer to rest may return to the hotel or relax in shaded areas. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour “In the Footsteps of Bernadette,” visiting the Boly Mill, to we see the room where Bernadette was born and the Cachot (the former jail cell where her impoverished family lived at the time of the apparitions) Afterward, we will participate in the Gesture of the Miraculous Spring ( Subject to confirmation), a simple and meaningful act symbolizing cleansing and renewal. There will be quiet time for personal reflection or to light candles in prayer. Those who prefer may rest or return to the hotel. At the end of the day, return to the hotel for relaxation and group dinner, giving thanks for the day’s blessings and sharing reflections with one another. (B, D)
October 01 – Thursday – Day 11: Lourdes – Toulouse – Return Home
This morning, you will begin with breakfast and continue with a transfer to the Toulouse airport for your return flight(s) home. (B)
